i’ve created this piece with a simple setup [for an open mic event] based on another short piece
it’s me playing for myself as an audience, recorded, without post-processing
when listening to it again and again it struck me as a self portrait of the autist as a young boy
two voices, at vastly different speed, one going nowhere, the other going back and forth
(sequencing synth, loop station with pre-recorded loops, effects, mixer. arjen stolk may 2024)
